Privacy notice

The final notice needs legal review. What the service holds per account is fixed by design: account ID, email, a per-install key and its fingerprint, app version, OS, plan, and audio length in whole minutes; the billing records Stripe sends back (never card numbers); and any feedback or survey answers you choose to send. Never audio, transcripts, translations, file names or folder paths. You can download all of it from your account page.

Payments are handled by Stripe, and purchases are sold through Link (Stripe's merchant of record). Stripe and Link receive your email, billing name and address, and payment details directly, under their own privacy policies. Sruti never sees your card number.
